AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are EmigraLink LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a registered company operating in the United States with its principal office located at 7345 Sand Lake Road, Ste 210, Office 2705, Orlando, FL 32819.

We operate the website emigralink.com (the “Site”) and related digital products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

EmigraLink provides advisory, guidance, and administrative support services for the immigrant community, helping users understand and prepare the documentation needed for various consular and immigration procedures.

1. OUR SERVICES

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The prices displayed during the service selection process refer exclusively to the cost of the advisory service, not the cost of the official government or consular process.

  • The advisory service includes general guidance, document preparation, and information on procedural steps — but does not guarantee the approval, issuance, or completion of any official document or visa.

  • The Services are not a substitute for direct interaction with government authorities or consular offices.

You are responsible for verifying official requirements, fees, and procedures with the appropriate governmental authorities.


2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available through our Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, databases, images, software, audio, trademarks, and designs — is the exclusive property of EmigraLink LLC or licensed for our use. It is protected by national and international copyright and trademark laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  • The information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

  • You will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

  • You understand that confirming your personal information also means confirming the advisory service you have selected, and that such service is not equivalent to the official government process.

4. PAYMENTS AND SERVICE CONFIRMATION

The payment methods displayed on our website (cards, transfers, Zelle, bank deposits, etc.) are for informational purposes only and do not process payments directly through the website.

The proper payment process is as follows:

  1. You select the advisory service you require.

  2. You receive the corresponding details and advisory fee.

  3. You make your payment using the agreed payment method.

  4. You send your payment receipt to our official WhatsApp number for verification and confirmation.

Until your payment is verified and confirmed by our support team, the service is not considered contracted.


5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to use our Services for any purpose other than those authorized. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false information or manipulating payment receipts.

  • Impersonating others or attempting to disrupt the Site.

  • Using bots or automated systems to interact with the Site.

  • Reproducing or reselling our content without permission.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.


6. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE

If you submit comments, reviews, or images (“User Content”), you grant EmigraLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, or reproduce such content for promotional or informational purposes, while recognizing your authorship.


7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for purposes related to the advisory service you requested.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except when necessary to provide the service or when legally required.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EmigraLink does not guarantee the approval or issuance of visas, passports, or any official document, as such decisions depend solely on the relevant authorities.

We are not responsible for losses, delays, or denials resulting from consular or governmental decisions.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the advisory service.


9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Once the advisory process has begun, no refunds will be issued, since our services start immediately and involve time and professional resources.

If an error occurs that is directly attributable to EmigraLink (such as incorrect advisory information or an internal mistake), you may request a review within 72 hours of the incident. Each case will be individually reviewed.


10. DISCLAIMER OF LEGAL AND GOVERNMENTAL AFFILIATION

EmigraLink is not an immigration law firm, government agency, or authorized representative.
We provide private, independent advisory and administrative guidance services, which are not equivalent to legal representation or government-backed assistance.

All immigration and consular decisions are made solely by the respective authorities.


11. ELECTRONIC AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications, SMS, or WhatsApp messages related to your advisory service, updates, and reminders.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us directly at contact@emigralink.com.


12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Orange County, Florida.

Both parties waive the right to jury trials or participation in class actions.
